Description: SOLANO EDUCATORS! Join us for a day exploring how to connect your students to an understanding and caring for their local watershed and the coastal and ocean communities it flows into using Project WET activities, while engaging students in concepts and skills at the heart of NGSS and Common Core standards.
You’ll experience STEM friendly, hands-on activities as you learn how to integrate the study of land-based watershed challenges to ocean and coastal impacts in the classroom and local opportunities to engage students in citizen science and stewardship opportunities.
